TSI wins task order with U.S. Army Research Institute (ARI)
TSI has won a multi-year OASIS SB Pool 2 task order to support the U.S. Army Research Institute (ARI). The research conducted at Fort Hood, TX will study the role transitions of soldiers to non-commissioned officers (NCOs).
As the Army moves toward modernization and reconfiguring the force, re-stocking the ranks of NCOs is an essential component of meeting current and future challenges. NCO Corps must be bolstered with fresh talent that is ready for new operational and leadership challenges. At the forefront of this transformation is a young, talented generation who will make immediate contributions to readiness.
Our research team will enable ARI to align themselves with top flight researchers in academia and business as ARI plays a critical, leading role in the development and demonstration of advanced learning methods and technologies that will provide Warfighter capabilities of the battlefield of tomorrow.
