CDC, CGH, Domestic Professional Administrative Support Services (DPASS). Under this contract, TSI is providing A+ Government Solutions, CGH and CDC general administrative support services. Specific services provided by TSI under this contract include: assisting CGH strategically plan and execute efforts to harmonize national and global public health priorities across the U.S.

Missile & Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) Logistical Support Services. The purpose of this contract is to provide personnel to support the Logistics Team of the infrastructure and Security Branch, Program Management Division, MSIC. TSI engineering staff are responsible for accomplishing logistics / warehouse operations.

Missile & Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) Financial Support Services. The purpose of this contract is to provide financial support services at the Missile and Space Intelligence Center, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. TSI’s Financial Resource Specialist(s)/Analyst interfaced with various offices and centers of the Defense Finance and Accounting System (DFAS) and the National Security Agency (NSA) concerning fiscal actions; interfaced with DIA’s primary budget and fiscal offices to resolve fiscal issues such as unliquidated obligations, accounting code discrepancies, contract award tracking, etc.; interfaced with Redstone Arsenal’s Managerial Accounting Office and the Defense Contracting Management Activities personnel to resolve and reconcile fiscal related issues; utilized financial systems such as FMS/FACTS, CMS, etc. and the supporting systems to include LIM; and provided oral and written communications with various MSIC and DIA offices, program managers, budget analysts, and fiscal personnel.

CDC, CGH, Domestic Professional/Technical Support Services (DTOPS). TSI is currently providing technical, operational and professional support services to the CDC, Center for Global Health (CGH), its divisions, branches, country offices and field staff. Provided services include global health specialists, global health analysts, public health analysts and advisors, laboratory and resource management staff and medical technologist who strategically plan and execute efforts to harmonize national and global public health priorities across the U.S. Government, in addition to other public-private partnerships. Under this contract, required services have been provided at CDC headquarter offices, Washington DC offices and country offices to include: Tanzania, Cote d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, and Nigeria. In addition, we also provide administrative, graphics, training, accounting, resource and operational management personnel to the CDC to support overall public health initiatives for educating, treating, and researching AIDS and HIV related issues.

Advisory and Assistance Services Support at United States Air Force Academy. This contract served as a vehicle to provide support or improve policy development, management, and administration. TSI provided the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) with a range of advisory and assistance services to include consulting and administrative support, financial management support, information and communications support, engineering support, technical support, and analysis support. These technical areas were used in a number of ways including consulting, training and educational services, procurement planning and support, and project management to support engineering research and analysis, a core business process for USAFA.  TSI executed 45 task orders under this vehicle with up to 15 task orders under management at any given time.

CDC, Vaccine Spend Plan – Immunization Program Technical and Analytical Assistance. TSI provides technical assistance and support to CDC’s Immunization Services Division (ISD), Vaccine Supply and Assurance Branch (VSAB) in supporting vaccine budget accountability through awardee spend plan development, maintenance and monitoring.

USAFA, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Curriculum Development. TSI staff and expert consultants provided expert advice and recommended courses of action to the Environmental Engineering Faculty on cutting edge hazardous and solid waste management Instruction; developed new solid and hazardous waste management course material; delivered course material and on-site instruction/review with USAFA faculty on the implementation of the new material in the classroom; and provided advice via email, phone, etc. during the first semester of new course material implementation.

CMS, LMS Transition Support. TSI is assisting CMS with their transition of their current customized Pathlore LMS to the SumTotal LMS assuring seamless support of all end users. TSI provides effective customization support and training assistance to CMS to ease their transition to the new SumTotal Learning Management System. TSI is also providing LMS administrative transition assistance and expert consultation on the LMS including interacting directly with Pathlore and SumTotal personnel. In addition, TSI’s personnel provide onsite instructional assistance for initial offerings of the customized 3–day Sum Total training session. Finally, TSI provided assistance with roll-out plan for all regions and states and respective LMS administrators.

CDC, NCHHSTP/DHAP/Laboratory Branch, Research Assistants in Support of NIH/CDC Interagency Agreement. The assigned research assistants and animal technologists work closely with division and branch laboratories as they prioritize activities and prepare materials to be used in program evaluations, research and the development of protocols and policymaking among supported stakeholders. This includes important HIV transmission research using unique nonhuman primate models and exploring candidate anti-HIV interventions. TSI personnel also actively support laboratory based research on safety and efficacy of antiretroviral drugs and microbicides; assist in developing highly sensitive quantitative assays to measure antiretroviral drugs and other candidate anti-infective compounds in various biologic specimens in support of nonhuman primate models for the prevention of HIV transmission; provide appropriate biological expertise to enhance anti-HIV intervention studies; and assist in exploring immunological HIV transmission and investigating co-infections and susceptibility.

Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, Emergency Preparedness Specialist. TSI staff were responsible for procedure writing, program planning, small project design, scheduling, developing and delivering training, planning and conduction drills and exercises, designing, developing and maintaining emergency response facilities and equipment. TSI staff also performed walk-downs of field facilities and support drills and exercises in other facilities. TSI staff also provided coordination with state and local emergency management authorities, and; responding to emergency events by providing command and control and dispatching of emergency response forces.
