Jimmy Holt, PMP – President
Mr. Holt joined Total Solutions, Inc. in February 2005 and has over 25 years of experience managing complex projects for both government and commercial clients. He is currently the Program Manager for large programs and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, contract compliance, cost and schedule control, security concerns and managing personnel. Mr. Holt is a seasoned PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with comprehensive project and program management experience to include, Earned Value Management, MS Project Scheduling, risk management, resource management, quality assurance, budgeting, business development, proposal pricing and preparation, contract administration and negotiation, forecasting, EAC/ETC development, among other project management activities. In addition, Mr. Holt has managed and supported Full Lifecycle implementations of accounting software system solutions such as Deltek Costpoint. Mr. Holt has supported numerous federal and commercial customers including NASA, CDC, CMS, USDA, DOD, DOE, and DIA/MSIC. He has managed diverse, multi-million dollar contracts on a global scale; including project locations in region such as Kenya, Haiti and the Republic of Georgia. Mr. Holt has served as a Program Management leader for the past 20 years and has leveraged that experience to develop, streamline, and implement PMO processes and procedures that have increased program efficiencies and successful deployments. Mr. Holt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) in Huntsville, Alabama.
