CDC Information Management Services (CIMS), encompasses the full range of IT solutions to serve the CDC’s 16,000-person workforce. Those services include applications development and maintenance; architectural consultation; business process analysis; administrative and public health subject matter expertise; systems engineering; cyber security; and infrastructure support.  The scope of this contract covers the breadth of IT services including but not limited to the domain below:

Broad consulting services including business analysis; business case development; performance management; process improvement; business process reengineering; decision support and analytics; program vulnerability and risk assessment; continuity of operations planning; project and program management; capital planning and portfolio assessment; enterprise architecture; strategic planning; organizational study and design; transformation and change management; human capital and workforce analysis; training; communications; and governance support.
